It works to develop research to study colloidal petroleum systems and the development of high pressure processes for biomass processing, as well as the formation of micro and nanoparticles. The laboratory was conceived as a modern and secure facility to conduct research activities. The areas of operation are: High Pressure Biomass Processing, Precipitated Organic Petroleum Fractions, Materials Processing in Pressurized Fluids, Emulsions and Properties of Petroleum.
